Tech is able to communicate directly with technology and bend it to his will. He apparently can also invent new tech simply by thinking of it and using his mind to create it.
Bio:
He is the son of General Maxwell Jones (The Northern Lights) and Janet Jones (Ruby). After the unfortunate death of his mother, his father has been very protective of him and hardly ever let’s him have any field work within the E.P.T. So Tech instead just stays in his lab running comms and making all the technology for the E.P.T. despite the fact that he’s actually one of the most powerful members. His grandfather, Jerry Brown (Pulsar), though sees his potential and wants him to be more active in the field.
